Orders and Inquiries

If you can’t visit us in the gallery, we will be pleased to talk with you or communicate by email.  Our phone number is 919 683-1474 or toll-free 888-444-3511. When shopping by phone, please call during regular store hours or leave a message on voice mail.  Send email inquiries to info@hamiltonhilljewelry.com. If you have your computer available while we talk, we can discuss photos on the website.

We will always try to respond within 24 hours.  Over weekends or holidays, we may be a bit slower.

For complicated pieces or pieces not currently in the gallery, we may need to consult with our designers or goldsmiths.  In these cases, we will call you back as soon as we have the information you need.

Payment information can be given to us on the telephone. No sales tax is charged by us when shipping out of state.

Shipping charges vary according to method and amount of insurance necessary.

For ring orders, remember that not all rings are worn on the same finger and that the right and left hand fingers usually differ in size.
