Orders and Inquiries
In some cases, we are able to help long-distance callers who are not available to come into the gallery. Generally, long-distance shopping is successful when purchasing pieces seen before or when the piece is easily understood based on photos and descriptions. We regret we do not always have staff available to engage in phone conversations, but if you call and we are not free to talk, we will call you back as soon as we can.
Some designer pieces are not sold to people outside of the shop, and price quotes are not available for everything we sell. This is due to a variety of factors, including significant price fluctuations, minor variations in pieces, and the subtleties of various designs. Our goal is to indicate long-distance availability on each item by whether or not the instructions say "Call for Price". We have discovered through trial and error that this policy -- in the long run -- best serves everyone involved (you, the designers, and us).
When shopping long-distance, please call during regular store hours, or send an email to info@hamiltonhilljewelry.com. If you can have your computer available while we talk, we can discuss photos on the website.
Payment information can be given to us on the telephone. No sales tax is charged by us when shipping out of state. Shipping charges vary according to method and amount of insurance necessary.
Ring orders: Remember that not all rings are worn on the same finger and that the right and left hand fingers usually differ in size.
