In many cases the international designers we represent will use your gemstones, or those you acquire from Hamilton Hill, to make a piece for you. Furthermore, our sales staff and local goldsmiths can work with you to design and craft custom pieces based on your ideas and specifications.

Special Requests and Orders

We will be pleased to help you acquire pieces that are not in our current inventory, that involve modifications to our current inventory, etc.

Repair Work

We offer repair service on jewelry, usually with a turnaround time of approximately one to two weeks.

Jewelry and Personal Style Consults

We are pleased to offer guidance and answer questions about:

your current jewelry and building a jewelry wardrobe;

jewelry you own that no longer works for you;

inherited pieces;

your general jewelry style.

We are pleased to help you make a selection and place an order by telephone or email. To initiate this, please call between the hours of 11am-6pm, Mondays through Saturdays, or send an email to info@hamiltonhilljewelry.com. If you can have your computer available while we talk, we can discuss photos on the website.

Payment information can be given to us on the telephone. No sales tax is charged when shipping out of state. Shipping charges vary according to method and amount of insurance necessary.

Helpful preparation includes:
Ring Orders: Remember that not all rings are worn on the same finger and that the right and left hand fingers usually differ in size.

Diamond rings using your diamonds: We are pleased to set your diamonds into one of our designer or custom mountings. Shipping your diamonds is best done using the USPS registered mail.
